We utilise group training which helps with the motivational aspect of training in a group environment (2-3 people per group) while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate performance. Please note training together in groups does not mean everyone always does the same workout. Each client has his/her own customised programme performed within the group setting. All of our personal training clients will go through a Health & Fitness Assessments assessment phase to understand where their overall health is. This is a private consultation.



We will examine blood and this combined with your initial assessment will help us gauge your over-physiological load or stress load on the body. This helps us understand how much stress in training we can put our body under to achieve optimal health.
