Too often people rush to get labs done to find out what is the problem, when usually the labs never tell you the route of the problem. You have no reason to run labs if the foundations are not in place. The human body wants to be healthy and thrive all that is needed is for you to get out of its way and give it the foundations.

The idea of the small groups is to create community but also so you can get better access to me to help guide you towards your goals. Moreover, the affordability of small group sessions makes accessing valuable guidance more attainable for a wider range of people. The convenience of online participation further enhances accessibility, allowing you to engage in productive sessions from the convenience of your chosen space, whether it be your home, office, or any other comfortable setting.
Commitment
Like all of our online coaching programmes they are a 12 month commitment. You cannot get lasting results in 12 weeks. We are looking for people who are serious about getting the foundations of health in place and reaching their goals. So we need people who are committed.

Depending on where you are on your health journey will depend on which type of workout you should choose. We have workouts for beginners all the way to advanced, from home workouts to in a gym workouts depending on the equipment available to you.
Self Care Protocols
Here we will teach you to do tapping, acupressure, gua sha, cupping and lymphatic drainage on yourself. We will also teach you the importance of oral health and skin care.
Nutrition Plan
We have multiple nutrition plans to choose from and we will be here to help guide you towards the correct nutrition approach depending on where you are on your journey.

We will help you create better quality deep sleep using tools and techniques that have been proven to help you recover from the day more effectively.

Environment, You can’t achieve better health in the environment that made you sick. Weather this is your physical, mental or emotional environment something needs to shift here to improve your health.
Detox
Detox, unfortunately our environment is filled with more toxins than ever before weather from drinking water with high levels of fluoride, to the air your breath with particles of aluminium to our food sprayed with glyphosate. A detox protocol is essential to do to help your body achieve optimal health.

Weekly Q&A
We will run weekly Q&A session where questions should be sent in before the call via email or voice note. These questions will be answered anonymously to help people get answers and guidance to personal questions they may have.
After the Q&A there will be a information shared on a specific topic or something practical like breathwork or lymphatic massage work after the Q&A and if time allows.
